Grafting and Trellis clips for greenhouses
Discover how plant grafting and staking clips can improve the health and growth of your crops.
With a variety of specialized options, these clips provide solid support for your plants, facilitating the grafting process and ensuring healthy growth during all stages of development.
Clips for Pepper Trellis
During the growth of the pepper crop, horizontal staking is necessary by placing wires on both sides of the plant row and at different heights with clips to keep the plant upright throughout its development.
For this purpose, clips are attached to horizontal wires that are lowered from the grating and fix the plant to prevent the risk of tipping over.

Crop support clips for tomato trellising
In open-air plantations, or in greenhouses, when the plant is to be supported with wire attached to the wire, either by means of a hanger or tied directly to the wire, it is necessary to attach the plant to the wire throughout its growth, and for this purpose the clip is used.
It is also used to prevent the plant from slipping, in plants with thinner or herbaceous trunks, such as cucurbits, by fixing them at the apexes with this clip.
Two models are manufactured, both in white polypropylene, and other colours on request.
Use of super clip in trellised vineyard plantations
In new vineyards, once the main stem has reached the wire, two arms are left, which are guided by the wire longitudinally. The way to attach the plant to the wire is by means of this black clip, which, due to its ultraviolet treatment, gives it a long life.
Use of toothed clip in trellised vineyard plantations
This trellising system is characterised by the use of two parallel and longitudinally joined wires, through which the vineyard vegetation is introduced, so that it can pass without difficulty between the two longitudinal wires. It is used in black colour with ultraviolet treatment.
Grafting clips
The use of grafting in horticulture is proving to be one of the keys to achieving vigorous, hardier and better adapted plants.
Since the thickness of both rootstock and graft is not always uniform, Novagric manufactures clips adapted to the different thicknesses.
Operation of the graft clip
The clip holds the rootstock and the graft together and keeps them in contact so that a proper union is produced, and does not interfere with the passage of the sap. As it is made of materials that are not excessively rigid, it adapts as they thicken until the weld is completely made.
